COVID house policy;
Based on government guidelines for the safety of our staff and guests. These guidelines are non negotiable, anyone unwilling to follow them will not be welcome.
Signage and floor markings will be in place throughout the premises, we ask that you take time to read them and follow the information provided.
Our site will be regularly disinfected and sanitised throughout the day in addition to a rigorous morning cleaning and disinfection routine by our local professional contract company. Hand sanitising stations will be available throughout the site.
Entering the building; Upon entering the building we ask our guests to sanitise their hands using the station provided to keep left on the stairway, giving way to those exiting the premises. Wait to be greeted by a member of staff who will show you to a table, do not enter the bar area until invited. There will be table service only indoors.
Table sizes of a maximum of 6 people are currently permitted. Tables will be arranged to adhere to distancing guidelines and should not be moved.
Guests are requested to remain seated unless arriving, departing or using the toilets. Children are to remain seated AT ALL TIMES. Access to our downstairs toilet area will be on a ‘one in, one out’ basis.
Entering the Garden; please use the queue system and hand sanitiser station provided. A staff member will greet you show you to your table, do not enter the garden unless invited to do so.
Maximum outdoor table sizes of 6 are permitted unless by prior arrangement with management where guests are from no more than 2 households. Seating is positioned for optimal safety and should not be moved. Food and drink menus will be displayed, head over to the outdoor bar to place your order whist respecting physical distancing guidelines, should you prefer to order from your table we will be happy to oblige. Orders will be on a pre payment basis. Guests are asked to remain seated whenever possible, children to remain seated AT ALL TIMES. Toilet facilities are indoors, directions will be provided, access will be on a “one in/one out’ basis.
